Pupil Premium Funding
The pupil premium grant is funding to improve educational outcomes for disadvantaged pupils in state-funded schools in England.. Pupils who are looked after, adopted, eligible for Free School Meals, pupils recorded as Ever 6 FSM (who have received Free School Meals in the last 6 years), or pupils who are in a service family, receive Pupil Premium grants.
For 2024 - 2025 the funding per pupil is as follows:
£1,480 FSM and Ever 6 FSM
£2,570 Looked After Children, children who have been adopted, or children who have a special guardianship order, a child arrangements order or a residence order.
£2,570 Previously Looked After Children
£340 Children in Service families
